Degradation in South
We are currently addressing a performance degradation in our South environment. A number of customers are experiencing increased average response times for data lookups via our internal APIs. In some instances, these requests may even time out. Our team is actively collaborating with our cloud provider, Microsoft, to resolve this issue promptly.
While we make these improvements, customers may notice that data requests occasionally succeed upon retries. As a precaution, we recommend that affected hotels print any essential reports to ensure smooth operations during potential system downtimes.
