As of October 5, 2023 at 1:30PM CDT, the below issue is resolved.
Best Western has notified us of an ongoing degradation that is affecting the Two-Way system for some of our Best Western clients. Best Western has identified the issue and are working to implement a swift resolution. We understand the critical nature of your Two-Way system and are committed to providing a solution as quickly as possible.
Regrettably, we are currently unable to assist with any two-way problems related to this incident. Our partners at Best Western have recommended that for any inquiries or additional support concerning this two-way degradation, users should contact the Best Western Corporate Help Desk at (623) 780-6680.
